ROUGE
Bitter developed in 1920 by the historic wine cellar and liqueur factory "Baracco de Baracho" based in Turin just outside the city duty belt. It was precisely the success of the wines of Roero, a land devoted to the production of Arneis and Nebbiolo, that determined the choice to expand the proposal by integrating other products such as bitters and vermouth. Revived in 2013 after the 1962 law prohibited the production of bitters, vermouth and liqueurs under the same winery. Ideal for mixing, with a fresh and dry body, bouquet of 17 herbs and fruits.
