BONAVENTURA MASCHIO
THE VALUE OF AUTHENTIC PASSIONS
A large family, a great common passion. Over a century of history for five generations: from the great-grandfather Antonio to the current sole director Italo, who, together with his son and daughter Anna and Andrea, continues the tradition of a company which has always sought out and found basic and authentic values in work, research, and quality. Together with the Maschio family, whole generations of vine growers, distillers, enologists, and wine-making technicians grew and were trained. Sharing the same experiences and desire for innovation and quality in every creative and production aspect.
THE METHOD
Emotion has always been a fundamental constant in the tradition and culture of distilling. It means passion; the desire for knowledge and sharing; an emption which, above all, means unceasing and attentive presence, facing the evolution of taste. Only with our emotion can we truly and fully restore to our products all the qualities that characterise them so well. Skilful acts, uncontaminated nature, the desire to discover, uniqueness, and simplicity. All of these are part of our world; they represent us. And, most of all, they represent our spirits, in all of their varied, unique, emotional intensity.
AMARO BONAVENTURA ERBE E FIORI
“Erbe e fiori” is a fresh take on the Amaro Bonaventura the company used to produce during the past century, keeping the original focus on flowers as our true inspiration.
If Prime Uve Bianche is the quintessential expression of the personality of a vineyard, with “Erbe e fiori” we add the scents of the garden. This Amaro is like an imaginary stroll in a blooming field: you will experience floral notes of geranium, rosewood, linden and cornflower. The pleasant bitter side is granted, among others, by nettle and bogbean, with a fresh citrusy scent on top.
The closing is enriched by echoes of apple and pear, a gift from the grape distillate that inspired the whole bouquet.

AMARO BONAVENTURA ERBE E SPEZIE
Amaro Bonaventura "Herbs and spices" is the amaro that comes from Prime Uve Nere, a meditative spirit that is aged in wood and therefore has spicy and toasted aromas. And spices are its distinctive trait.
The territory in which this Amaro lives is that of the Venice of the merchants, of the meeting of cultures, of opulence, of exotic aromas and flavours that came from that door from all over the world.
The spices that are the basis of its complex bouquet are cinnamon, vanilla and tonka bean, combined with the bittering part of gentian, cinchona, clary sage and bitter orange and embellished with the balsamic notes of fennel and caraway, the caraway .
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: brown with brick reflections
Nose: spicy notes of cinnamon, cinchona and vanilla beans with a balsamic finish
Taste: bitter, spicy and enveloping, with sensations of dried fruit and chestnut honey
