Description: Amaro Bonaventura "Herbs and spices" is the amaro that comes from Prime Uve Nere, a meditative spirit that is aged in wood and therefore has spicy and toasted aromas. And spices are its distinctive trait.
The territory in which this Amaro lives is that of the Venice of the merchants, of the meeting of cultures, of opulence, of exotic aromas and flavours that came from that door from all over the world.
The spices that are the basis of its complex bouquet are cinnamon, vanilla and tonka bean, combined with the bittering part of gentian, cinchona, clary sage and bitter orange and embellished with the balsamic notes of fennel and caraway, the caraway .
Tasting notes: dark brown with brick-red reflections, this amaro reveals an aromatic nose of cinnamon, cinchona, and vanilla bean, rounded by a subtle balsamic finish. On the palate, it is bitter, spicy, and enveloping, with lingering notes of dried fruit and the warm sweetness of chestnut honey.
