All products listed on the Biancorosso Pty Ltd website are sold in Australian dollars and by the case unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Delivery charges are not included in listed prices and are charged separately in accordance with our freight terms.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and no monetary change will be provided.
Customers may pay for orders using Visa, MasterCard. If a credit card issuer declines authorisation, or later revokes approval for a transaction, Biancorosso Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order.
If a product is incorrectly listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Biancorosso Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders placed at that price, even if payment has been processed. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of goods passes from Biancorosso Pty Ltd to the customer upon delivery.
By placing an order with Biancorosso Pty Ltd, customers confirm they are 18 years of age or older. Alcohol will not be sold or delivered to persons under the age of 18. Proof of age may be required upon delivery, and delivery may be refused if suitable identification cannot be provided.
