Shipping and Delivery Policy

Biancorosso Pty Ltd delivers Australia-wide under a wholesale-only model.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver Australia-wide using a combination of courier services and freight providers, depending on order size, location, and delivery requirements.

2. Orders

All products are supplied in wine cases, including:

  • Single bottle cases
  • Mixed cases
  • Full cases

All sales are wholesale/trade only.

3. Shipping Methods

Orders are fulfilled using a combination of:

  • Courier services for standard deliveries
  • Freight carriers for larger or bulk orders

Large or pallet-sized orders may require manual freight quotation and confirmation prior to dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated using a combination of:

  • Automated rates for standard orders
  • Manual freight quotes for larger or complex orders

Where applicable, final freight costs will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only:

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Freight and bulk orders: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on courier availability, regional access, and peak periods.

6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Authority to Leave (ATL) may be requested by the customer. Where ATL is selected, goods may be left unattended at the delivery address at the customer’s risk.

Where ATL is not selected, a signature may be required upon delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

Biancorosso Pty Ltd will work to resolve delivery issues promptly:

  • Damaged goods: replacement product will be supplied
  • Lost parcels: order will be replaced or re-dispatched
  • Incorrect deliveries: correct product will be supplied

Issues should be reported as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery.

8. Risk

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

9. Additional Terms

  • All orders are subject to availability
  • Delivery charges are included in product pricing unless stated otherwise
  • Shipping terms may be updated without notice where operational requirements change

Trade Account Setup

Biancorosso works with a select network of trade partners across Australia.

To request trade access, please download and complete the Trade Account Application Form, then submit the completed form to accounts@biancorosso.com.au for review.

Once your application has been assessed and approved, you will receive access to our portfolio, pricing, and ordering.

Yes. We provide tailored support for restaurants, bars, and hospitality teams including staff training, wine education, tasting notes, food pairing guidance, wine list consultation, by-the-glass support, and promotional activations.

Can you help with wine staff training?

Absolutely. We offer tailored training sessions covering regions, grape varieties, producer stories, and food pairings—helping your team sell with confidence and create a stronger guest experience.

Do you host events?

Yes, we host wine tastings and education evenings and take part in industry events throughout the year.

Do you offer recommendations for travel in Italy?

Yes. Through years of visiting Italy’s wine regions, we’ve built a trusted list of favourite places to stay, dine, and drink. We’re happy to share recommendations and, where possible, suggest winery visits connected to the producers we represent.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept both bank transfer and credit card payments.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes. First orders are generally prepaid. Ongoing partners may be offered trade account terms following account approval.

Yes. We provide professional tasting notes, pairing recommendations, and guidance to help your team present each wine confidently and effectively.

Do you offer display stock or promotional support?

Yes. Depending on the venue and opportunity, we can support display placements, wine-by-the-glass programs, and promotional activations designed to help wines perform on the floor.

Orders & Events

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order is just one bottle, with mixed case purchasing available for flexibility.

Can I order mixed cases?

Yes. Mixed cases are welcome, allowing you to build orders that suit your venue’s needs.

Do you offer larger freight or pallet pricing?

Yes. For larger wholesale orders, pallet and freight pricing options are available depending on order volume and delivery location.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes. We service clients across Australia.

How is delivery pricing handled?

Delivery is generally included in the sale price. However, if minimum order requirements for your area are not met, additional freight charges may apply particularly for regional or smaller deliveries.

Can I place orders online?

Orders are managed through trade accounts rather than standard online checkout. This allows us to provide more tailored service and account-based support.

What happens if goods arrive damaged?

If goods are damaged in transit, replacement stock will be arranged promptly.

What if my order is incorrect?

If an incorrect delivery occurs, we will correct the order and arrange redelivery as quickly as possible.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged goods only. We do not offer returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Do I need prior knowledge to attend a tasting?

No. Our tastings are designed to be relaxed, social, and accessible.

Can wines be purchased at your events?
