Bella Aperitif Spritz

Description: Bella Aperitif Spritz is a non-alcoholic aperitif designed as the base for the Bella Spritz mocktail. It is obtained through the infusion and extraction of herbs, roots, and fruits such as rhubarb, orange, gentian, and cinchona. It presents a bright, cheerful red colour and is designed to be mixed with Bella Glamour Zero Zero, creating a fresh and aromatic non-alcoholic Spritz-style drink. The profile is fruity, slightly bitter, and citrus-driven, balanced for modern aperitivo consumption.

Production Method: Produced through infusion and extraction of botanical ingredients (herbs, roots, fruits), using a method designed to preserve aromatic structure and balance. Mixed with Bella Glamour for final Spritz preparation

Tasting Notes: Bright red appearance. Aromas of orange, citrus peel, and herbal bitterness. On the palate it is fresh, slightly bitter, and citrusy, with notes of rhubarb, gentian, and cinchona creating structure and length. The finish is clean, zesty, and lightly bitter.

Serving Tips: Serve well chilled at 4–6°C, ideally over ice with a citrus garnish, or mixed with Bella Glamour Zero Zero to create a refreshing non-alcoholic Spritz, and it also works as a versatile base for alcohol-free aperitivo cocktails.
