Vinification: Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in large oak casks and barriques for 18 months
Ageing: Matured for 18 months in large casks and barriques, with further bottle ageing before release.
Tasting notes: Colour is deep red with garnet reflections. Nose is ethereal, intense and complex, with aromas of violet, cherries in spirit, subtle woody nuances and vanilla notes from oak ageing. Palate is velvety, fresh and harmonious, with elegant tannic persistence and long ageing potential
