Cabernet IGT Marca Trevigiana 2023

Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation with skins for 6/8 days at controlled temperature, at the end of fermentation pressing to separate the grape skins.

Ageing: steel tanks for one year at least, bottled and left to age for a few months.

Tasting notes: Colour: Ruby red. Aroma: vinous, intense, herbaceous and with a hint of red fruit and raspberry. Bouquet: harmonious and characteristic

Temperature of service: Served at 18 °C

Food Paring: lively wine, excellent when matched with roasted meat, poultry, venison and ages cheeses.
