Description: Single Botanical Dry Gin.
The coffee gin of 400 rabbits is a distillate obtained exclusively by infusion, into juniper distillate, of a mixture of coffee beans, originating in Ethiopia, after their roasting. There is no addition of flavourings to the compound. The same juniper distillate is the result of aromatic extraction from juniper fruits in infusion into cereal alcohol. After grinding the beans, part of them will be used by extracting the scents in a water bath. The remaining part is infused for a few days in ethyl alcohol. The two products obtained will then be combined by dosing the quantities and complete the process of finishing this unusual product. Filtration also takes place "handcrafted". The distillate is taken "by fall" and passed through conical sieves in linen and cotton specially made to keep the organoleptic profile as unchanged as possible. This avoids forced filtrations that, in some cases, could deplete the distillate of its most aromatic components. Of English inspiration, 400 Gin Rabbits stands out for its Italianness, drawing from what the earth is rich in, a Mediterranean land made of intense scents, penetrating colours and inimitable flavours. Distilled in the land of the Venetian plain of Nervesa della Battaglia, 400 Rabbits Gin embodies the essence of ''Make Your Gin'' without neglecting the mad study for the balance of the characterizing botanicals.
Tasting notes: Smooth and enveloping with a full, rounded body. Well-structured and balanced with notes of coffee that complement those of juniper. Persistent
